When you access the Services, a session-cookie is assigned to your browser, and which is automatically deleted by your browser when it is closed. This cookie does not identify you in any way and is used to determine how anonymous users access our Web Site so as to enable us to improve the Web Site.
Each time you log into the Services, the session-based cookie is updated with encrypted information used to identifying you whilst you are logged in. Please note that this encrypted information does not contain any personal information and is in the form of a unique encrypted security token identifying you to the Services.
For increased security purposes, we may use a persistent cookie to identify the device you are using to access the Services. We also collects IP addresses from Customers when they log into the Services as part of the Services' security measures.

Teknatic strives to protect your personal information. For security of transactions, we use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts any information, such as credit card number and billing information, you send to us electronically. Once Teknatic receives your transmission, we make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure its security on our system. To review and update your personal information to ensure it is accurate, you may log in to your account to make the changes through the Services.
